As the largest pipeline contractor from Oman we have completed over 10000 Km. of Pipelines of various sizes ranging from 6” to 64”, using various types of metals including DSS, Super Duplex and other CRAs, GPS hold considerable experience in executing large pipeline projects in Oman and UAE.

GPS also has experience in undertaking and managing construction contracts wherein the engineering and procurement is handled directly by the Client. All civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, pipeline, flowline related scope of services are undertaken using our own resources.

Apart from long-term service contracts for construction and maintenance services, we also provide specialist services as follows: 

• Pipeline and facilities maintenance services.
• Design, procurement, construction and monitoring of Cathodic Protection systems for Oil and Gas facilities.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning support, including hydro-testing and related activities;
  
• Construction of specialized contractors’ camps for Oil and Gas sector.

Construction: Bisat-C Oil Processing Facility adjusting to existing Bisat-B Facilities involving on plot CMEI works such as:

• Execution of appx. 777 nos. piles.
• Construction of 02 nos. crude storage 02 nos. water storage01 nos. (23,000m3) fire water and 01 nos. gas floatation tank. (Total 63,000 M3 Capacity of tank)
• Installation of static /rotating/skid appx. 97 nos. (1370 ton)
• Piping works involving prefabrication/Site Welding appx 83,000 Inch Dia. of CS, SS, DSS materials including insulation works.
• Construction of underground GRE fire water networks.
• Construction of Plant internal roads, fencing works, storm water drains, Security room, development of car parking area.
• Reinforcement concrete scope involving appx 18,000 m3 concrete and Construction of Catch Basins, Manholes etc.
• Supply, fabrication and erection of structural works involving pipe rack, supports appx.550 ton.

Note: Detail Engineering & All permanent materials including piping, electrical, instrument, CP including FBE coating on pre-fabricated spools will be free issued by Exterran.

Maintenance: GPS is working on a contract to carry out the General Maintenance and Engineering Services required for the Gas Transportation Facilities of Oman Gas Company (North and South Oman) on Call Off Basis. The scope includes maintenance of Approx. 3500Km of Gas Pipeline (From 6”to 48”) with below activities:

• Pigging & Cleaning
• Misc. Civil Maintenance activities
• CP Monitoring
• Retrieval and Monitoring of Corrosion
• BVS & Trap Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance of all type of Valves in GSS
• Compressor Station and BVS.
• Corrective Maintenance of all Gas Stations.
• Minor EPC Project
• ROW Maintenance
• Procurement & Third-Party Services on Cost plus basis
